What Our Customers Say
FAQ
How long does it take to install a new kitchen?
On average, a full kitchen installation takes 2–4 weeks from demolition to final fit-out. This includes cabinetry, benchtops, splashbacks, plumbing, and electrical.
If custom materials are being used — such as engineered stone — extra time may be needed for fabrication. Working with an experienced team helps keep the timeline on track.
Do I need a kitchen designer or can I work directly with a cabinet maker?
Many cabinet makers offer in-house design, which often saves time and money. You don’t always need a separate designer unless you're undertaking a major renovation that involves structural changes.
Cabinet makers who also design will understand both aesthetics and function — and how to make everything fit without wasting space.
What’s included in a full kitchen installation?
A full installation usually includes removal of the old kitchen, new cabinetry, benchtops, splashbacks, appliance fitting, plumbing and electrical work.
Some teams also offer 3D design previews and layout consultation. It's worth checking whether your quote includes all trades or if you’ll need to coordinate some aspects separately.
